Catholic Schools Week!! The following is the curriculum for the week:
Pre-Algebra: 6.1-6.3 book quiz
on 1/30; continue with chapter 6
Algebra: 6.1-6.3 book quiz
on 1/30; continue with chapter 6
Spelling: lesson 19 test on 2/3
English: AMVETS essay: “I’m proud to be an
American because…” final draft due on 2/1; begin Verbals
Vocabulary: unit 12 test on 2/3
Literature: Drama: “A Christmas Carol”
Religion: chapter 8 test on 1/31
Science: continue with chapter 14; bones of
the body quiz on 1/31 (use handout)
Social Studies: continue with chapter 7
Catholic Schools Week:
Sunday- 11:00 mass (sit with class); open
house following
Monday- crazy hair and sock day (school
uniforms are to be worn); report cards are given out
Tuesday- TEAM Day; Marian Rock Ministry
Wednesday- parent/grandparent luncheon
Thursday- family mass; “buddy BINGO”
Friday- pajama day;
Due to
personal conflicts, I will be unable to stay after for extra help in math and
English on Mondays and Tuesdays. I will try to stay after for extra help the
day before a math or English test.
